The concept of hookah is thought to have originated in medieval India.  In ancient times the hookah bowls are completely hand made by clay. Aristocrat peoples were using the terracotta bowls. Now there are lots of bowls with different shapes.   A hookah consists of several components, four of which are essential for its operation. Bowl is one of the most important components.

Hookah Bowl. Also known as the head of the hookah, the bowl is a small box, usually made out of clay, marble, or glass that holds the coal and molasses during the hookah session. The bowl is loaded with tobacco then enclosed by perforated aluminium foil.

4. Syrian Hookah Bowl- The bowl base is narrower than any other bowl and it goes inside the shisha pipe while other bowls go outside the pipe. It is always clay made and provides an amazing hookah experience.
